  • Malaspina Subdivision, 3 year project, North Vancouver, B.C.
  • Seymour River Subdivision, 2 year project, North Vancouver, B.C.
  • Grouse Woods, 13 year project, North Vancouver, B.C.:
    • sold the Grouse Mountain Triangle to new vendor group (Grouse Mountain Project only)
    • negotiated all acquisitions
    • liaison with municipality to obtain zoning by-laws, finances and other property development forms and by-laws - managed all sales and marketing of all properties
    • established a branch of the Rate Payers Association in North Vancouver which set a precedent for all municipality leased land to be able to be changed to freehold
