Management Contract Details and Expenses per Month

Lease agreement firsth half month';s rent per lease agreement.
Management fees per month 6% of rent per year.
All advertising to be paid by owners.

Anna Torrance will take charge of what is needed to make the home rentable and charge those expenses to the account. Any and all expenses that may occur that are over $200.00 will require permission from the Owners.

Advertising will be done and organized by Anna as well as all showings of the premises.

Credit and criminal checks will be done on all applicants and is to be paid by the Owners at a charge of $26.75.

Monthly statements will be sent to Owners at the beginning of each month and I will manage all bookkeeping and all expenses as well as all banking.

Cleaning and repairs for maintenace of the property will be managed by Anna at cost to the Owners.
